We'll be having pancakes today, too, once Steven wakes up from his post-call coma, although we'll be using our regular recipe since I don't have any bananas in the house. Question - another friend of mine is eating dairy-free due to her infant's intolerance. This is baby #2 for her, and she had to do the same thing for her first one. She said that with baby #1, she could still eat goat and sheep's milk cheeses. Have you tried that?
